Education and TrainingThere are a wide variety of staff, roles and personnel at Shine Beauty. Our people are from Queensland and all the corners of the globe. We love our passionate staff, their uniqueness and individual personalities. We especially enjoy watching our colleagues grow. Staff are nurtured, trained and education by our Shine Area Manager, Salon Managers, Assistant Salon Managers, Shine Trainer and our Thalgo's product specialists. Core training is conducted in-house and off site, this promotes variety, learning and encourages our beauty therapists and receptionists to Shine. New team members are inducted, then learn our unique Shine Beauty salon techniques and educated in our innovative business systems. Senior staff receive advance treatment skills training, management training and learn advance Shine specialist retail training techniques, as well as important time, one on one with the Shine trainer and business owners whenever possible too.
